Gotcha Day ~ September 14th, 2009. So emotional to look back on these pictures. I have so much I could say about this day, but won't. For Lily. I think the picture speaks volumes.
Eight months later. Again, the picture speaks volumes. What a difference. Inside and out. We love her so much. Forever our LiLi. 
These pictures, both of them, brought tears to my eyes. What a difference 8 months can make! Lily looks so very happy in the second picture! Pictures say it all! Oh the hurt on that day 8 months ago. I so remember it like it was yesterday! Congrats on 8 months!

ReplyDeleteYes. The pics do speak for themselves. I could HARDLY look at pics taken in China...and definitely could not watch the video for a LONG time. It was just too raw to watch her grief and look back on how I seemed calm BUT...
ReplyDeleteIt IS an emotional trip, and folks don't really realize it until they're back home...several months/or even a year later.
She's an angel. LOVE the hair, new photos...and I'd like a lick of that ice cream cone, please!
